Withdrawal Request Instructions:

• Dual Token Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed in two tokens: mXEN and BCX. Ensure you are prepared to receive both tokens in your designated wallets.

• Minimum Withdrawal : 2,000,000,000 BCX/mXen

• Please note that once a withdrawal request is submitted, your entire account balance will be withdrawn. Partial withdrawals are not permitted.

• Verification Required: The Beecool Admin will contact you in Beecool Chat to verify your withdrawal before processing your request.

• Irreversible: All withdrawal requests are final and cannot be reversed once submitted.

• Processing Time: Withdrawals will be processed within 1-3 business days.

• Network Restriction: We only support the Polygon network. Sending your assets through a different network may result in loss, and recovery may be impossible.

• Ensure you review your account details carefully before submitting your request.
